The Manor is a 189-unit condotel located at the same site of the former Main Club, beside the famous Honeymoon Cottage. It has been fully operational since the summer of 2002.

b. Twelve (12) months of Eighteen Percent (18%) interest. Fixed factor: 0.091679993
4. BPA Terms:     a. 30% downpayment in 30 days upon reservation
b. 70% balance thru Bank Financing (Bank of Commerce)
Note: a. Complete bank requirements to be submitted within Seven (7) days upon reservation.
