COUNTRY LOG HOMES

The Camp John Hay Country Log Home is a single-detached two-storey unit with an attic. Located on the ground floor are the living room and fireplace, dining room, kitchen, powder room, and maid’s quarters. Separate sliding doors inside the living and dining areas lead to a back porch. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closet, as well as toilet and bath. The master’s bedroom is additionally furnished with a bathtub and a sauna.

Like the Country Homes, the Country Log Homes are built on a solid concrete foundation. Red cedar logs imported from North America are used to clad the exterior walls, while planks made from hardwood are used for the interior walls.

Each unit is equipped with smoke and fire alarms.

A total of only 22 Country Log Homes shall be built, each unit with a floor area of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX (236) square meters. Construction time for a single unit is estimated at 9 to 12 months.

Furnishings shall be installed according to the preference and for the account of unit owners. Included in the finishing are the following: modular cabinets, counter tops for the kitchen and toilets and baths, and pinlights or downlights.
