Manor is a 177-unit condotel located at the same site
of the former Main Club.

Suites |
| Situated
beside the Manor and on the same spot where the old 19th
Tee once stood, The Suites will be the second condotel
at Camp John Hay with 289 rooms. It is scheduled for completion
in 2004. |

There
are three types of units available in each condotel: a studio, one-bedroom,
and two-bedroom units. The average floor area per unit is: FORTY
(40) square meters — studio; EIGHTY (80) square meters —
one-bedroom unit; and ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) square meters —two-bedroom
unit. Some units have a private terrace. On the other hand, some
studio units at the 4th Floor of the Suites have a loft, which can
be converted into a multi-purpose room.
