The scent of pines. Refreshing, cool mountain air. Luscious strawberries and crisp veggies. Dense forests. Breathtaking mountain scenes. A profusion of flowers in a variety of brilliant hues. All these are uniquely Baguio. And, when in Baguio, one place that stands out distinctly is Camp John Hay.

CJH Estates

Developed in the early 1900’s by the United States Armed Forces as a rest and recreation getaway for their troops, Camp John Hay rests amidst 246 hectares of Baguio's most beautiful tract of prime land. Today, it is enjoyed by visitors to this cool city in the mountains, dubbed as the summer capital of the Philippines.

Development Updates

The development project for Camp John Hay being undertaken by the CJH Development Corporation is in full swing.

The Manor, the first condotel constructed as part of the development plan, opened last December 2001. The Manor offers five star service through world-class facilities and highly
trained staff. Manor Restaurant now operates the restaurant and deli bar at the Manor. Meanwhile, construction work has started for the Suites, a 287-unit accommodation facility similar to the Manor.
The Camp John Hay golf course sporting a Nicklaus design by Golden Bear International opened last March 1999, and the Golf Clubhouse became fully operational by 2000, servicing members and their guests. Country
Waffles and Starbucks outlets have also opened near the 12th Tee.
