About > CJH Development Corporation

The Corporation

CJH Development Corporation is a consortium formed by Fil-Estate Management, Inc., College Assurance Plan Philippines, Inc. and Penta Capital Holdings. In 1996, the consortium was tasked by the Bases Conversion Development Authority to develop Camp John Hay into a world-class tourism destination and a human resources development center.

The Management

Led by some of the country's top management personnel, CJH DevCo is seen to propel the real estate industry to the next level — development that responds to the environment, community and new technologies.

CJH DevCo is headed by Robert John L. Sobrepeña, Chairman of the Board (and known widely as the prime mover of the Fil-Estate Group of Companies), together with Atty. Ferdinand T. Santos, President, and a Board of Directors.

At the site, every detail of the development is carefully attended to by Benigno T. Cabrieto, Chief Operating Officer. He is assisted by an impressive management team, composed of Marijo San Miguel-Serrano (Chief Finance Officer), Shean Bedi (Senior Vice President for Marketing), Maria Lourdes Corpuz (Vice President for Human Resources & Development), Ernesto B. Puguon (Vice President for Project Management), Janet R. Javier (Controller), Ma. Georgina A. Alvarez (Assistant Vice President for Legal Affairs) and Gillian Y. Cortes (Assistant Vice President for Marketing & Public Relations).

The CJH DevCo Team

CJH DevCo's development perspective goes beyond the boundaries of its construction activities, extending to the wider domain of environmental management, community relations, and social responsibility. As a result, the men and women of CJH DevCo are a highly motivated team of professionals, who continuously strive to serve at the highest levels of excellence, integrity and honesty, fortified with an abiding concern for the community and the environment.
